Our automated SMT (SMD) assembly lines are suitable for small and medium-sized series. Our High Mix, Low Volume production is based on precise production control and short changeover times.

• We can assemble boards with the customer’s components or take over all material procurement, which helps clarify overall responsibility
• We use a lead-free soldering process with both paste and wave soldering available
• We have dedicated machines for prototyping and serial production to allow separate priorities
• Our quality assurance is based on manual inspections and an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system
• We also offer electronics testing services (AOI and functional testing)

In addition to manufacturing, we offer building and final assembly services to any degree of completion, including

We provide a comprehensive service where we work with the customer to find the most cost-efficient electronics subcontracting package for the customer’s unique needs.

We never mix prototype manufacturing projects with serial production. Our automated assembly lines have dedicated machines – prototypes are manufactured separately. The priorities of prototyping projects never compete with high-volume orders.
